iui 3 days ago symptoms have gone

i had iui 3days ago, after just taking clomid from cd2-cd6 i was lucky and did not need injections
after having the iui i was cramping for 2days and feeling tired and naucous, i am now on day 3 and the symptoms have just disappeard, does that mean it has not worked, trying not to worry or get stressed, has this happened to anybody else

any advice appreciated

I believe you will not have any symtoms (symptoms) until the eggs implant into the uterus then will release HCG...Usually you will have symtoms (symptoms) right before your period.  

During the waiting time.. just relax your mind and your body.. don't think too much.. find a hobby to do in 2WW...

first thing i notice was my boobs were sore.

I had my IUI done a long time ago.  Sometimes early last year.  Each time I went nut of 2 weeks waiting.  both of them weren't success.  

Yes... my doctor always make me OPK test on CD 12 - 14... If i had positive, then I will have a trigger shot on CD 14 then next day CD15 i had IUI.  

This time I get pregnant on my own.  No fertility medicine at all... We tried since 07/07 and we were tired from trying.. physical, mental, emotion, and financial we burnt out... so we decided to take a break in April 09 and will start again sometimes in June or July 09.

While I was off medicine in April.. my doctor wanted to do laparoscopic surgery to look inside my uterus to see anything wrong.  Everything look fine... I had my surgery on 4/17/09.  that's my CD15..  Usually I ovulated on CD15... somehow I ovulated late this cycle.. I believe I ovulated around 4/23 - 4/26.  we BD during that time so I get pregnant.  

It's a miracle and I believe when your mind not thinking about it... your body take over... Today I am 12 weeks and 1 day.  sick like a dog since week 9.. I feel much better now, but still have little sickness...

When you are least expecting, then you are pregnant... I think stress free and relax do play a major part of conceiving.
