ivf and home pregnancy tests

i can't wait for my blood test as you can imagine, just like everybody i think.
i was wondering how soon i could use a home pregnancy test after egg transfer as i was given a donor egg and didn't have a hcg injection.
what kind of effect does/can the estrace and prometrium have on a result.

Oopppsssie...premature posting (hehehe).  I don't think your estrace or premetrium will have any effect on a hpt and since you didn't have an hcg injection, I say go-for-it I'm a big tester but you do have to be ready for the results and know that they aren't conclusive.  I think it takes a blast embryo 3 to 5 days to implant so I usually try to wait until at least the third day.
