joint pain during ovulation
I went off of the birth control pill about two months ago and ever since then I have been experiencing strange symptoms during ovulation, usually between day 7 and 14 of my cycle.  First I noticed a shooting pain in my rectal canal- that lasted about three days.  Then I started having pain in my hip, knee, elbow and the joints in my fingers.  Could this be caused by ovulation?

I don't know if it's caused by ovulation or not but I also have pain in my hips, joints in my fingers, and my lower back beginning a week, week and half before my period so I believe that it's very possible that it might possibly be.
