i wanna have more  kids but my tubes r tied.and have no helthcare. what can i do.

Even if you had health insurance, the things that can produce kids (biologically) are almost never covered by health insurance.  You can get your tubes reconstructed (which definitely means paying out of pocket, I've heard about $5,000), or you can do IVF (more sure than reconstructing the tubes but still not guaranteed, and much more expensive than any other option, anywhere upwards of $15,000).  I would consider adoption or fostering.
