I hope I am not being too personal, my sister and I were wondering what bank you were using. She used one from CA that her doctor had advised her to use. Only problem was it is very expensive. $500 a pop. The $250 sounds great. Atleast that way she can have 2 tries with the one you are using instead of 1 try with hers :)

Thank you so much!  that is what I was thinking, you would think she would understand that I am already emotional and you would think she would have dealt with that. I am a spiritual person and I think that for some reason that situation was supposed to happen so that I would not sue them for whatever reason. So, I will try again next time and hopefully with teh right person!!!

Oh girl, I am so sorry you had to go through that. Don't they think we are emotional enough with out having people that are supposed to be helping us holler at us?? I hate that for you. I don't blame you for being so upset, that is a lot of money. And as we all know, timing is EVERYTHING when trying to concieve. Best of luck to you. YES, the doctor lady there didn't send the sperm over night like she should have, both fed ex people showed me the receipt and she cussed and screamed me out on the phone and frankly was a major you know what. I am a reasonable person and if she would have admitted her mistake and then treated me, the cusotmer kindly, I would have had no problem with her. But she screamed at me when she should have taken it up with FedEx and then she didn't make things right once she did everything. A little long story but the way she handles thing, there is NO WAY I wouldn't want her to profit from me. There was some more things but it was BAD! I have been researching Xytex and they seem to have more options, a little more expensive, but someone else on here also told me about them.

DO NOT USE MIDWEST SPERM BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I recommended but I have very much changed my mind and cannot even believe that that woman is in business. So, now I am looking for anotehr one and was wondering if anyone knew of someone that had gotten pregnant by a sperm bank and if so, which one???

Yes I was on clomid for two cycles. Both cycles I had to take meds just to get my AF started. At first I was on 50mg of clomid. I didn't ovulate with that so the dr put me on 100 or 150mg (?..can't rem which one) and I still didn't ovulate with that. My AF never came and it was due at the begining of June. I am going to go back soon. If not for the clomid, at least to see why I never have an AF. As for your question, I have no clue. I am not too good on all this fertility stuff. It's all so new to me. I am sorry I couldn't help you much.

I know it does seem difficult to do all of this. I had been tracking my cycle and I had been ovulating for the first four months but hadn't done the IUI yet. Well, when I am ready to do it this month, I didn't ovulate this month. I guess this happens every now and then??? Do you know what factors that would be? Are you on clomid becasue you NEVER ovulate?

Thank you so much. I will tell her ASAP. Her husband produces little to no sperm so after trying for 5 years they decided to take a diff. route. It's such a shame to have to go through all this just to get preg. DH and I have been trying for over a year as well. We are taking a break right now. All the clomid, temp taking,  timed bding, and BFN's got to be too much!! I hope everything works out for you!

No, not at all. It is Midwest Sperm Bank in Chicago. It is a smaller bank and is ran by a doctor there but my doctor's office in town has used them and other banks and have great success with Midwest so they convinced me. I live in missouri
