late period after failed ivf

I had a failed IVF cycle last month and stopped my prog. and my period started two days later...it was a full 5 day full flow period. I am now on day 29 of my next cycle and still no period. I always have had regular 28 - 29 cycles. The only strange thing this cycle is on days 18 and 19 I had some brown spotting.....any ideas about what's going on? Could my cycle still be "adjusting"? I don't have any symptoms, last week I felt like my period was coming and nothing yet.
I have had one successful pregnancy and after that, my cycle always returned to normal. Is this normal?

my sister had her embrios implanted on 12/07/2007 and she had a urine test today 12/20/2007 and it was negative.Was it too soon for the test ,.wheh should the test be performed.
Also if the ivf is failed when she will get her period .

i am very scared for her and i do not even want to think that she is not going to get pregnant
