hello does anyone know what your lining should be at the end of your stimming i.e just before egg collection, my lining is never very thick and its just another thing thats probably faulting our ivf attempts. Or if anyone has any success stories of pregnancys that start with a lining not too thick, many thanks best wishes melissa. p.s egg collection tomorrow and so, so nervous there will be no or so few eggs.x
Hello, firstly thank you for replying, you are very good with supporting everyone on these forums even when you havnt had the best news yourself, much appreciated and I know this time will be success for you, just feel it. Back to the lining , not on estrace but my lining was 8.6 mm and dr said low range, makes me feel uterly useless, if its not my eggs, or my age its my lining! anyway egg collection tom and transfer friday, wait to see what we get tomorrwo, best wishes to youxx
hi there! as per my RE, anything between 8 - 13 mm is adequate for implantation...so you should be fine, please don't worry, hopefully everything will turn out great :)
my lining was 5.4 mm last time and my RE still went ahead with my IUI as the lining was three layered (which is also important along with thickness)...it wasn't successful though but I agree with mhv; women do get pregnant with thin linings as well!!
MEL4141,
My doctor said that 8 mm is optimal. this month my dh and me canceled the iui due to low thickness of my endo 5.8 mm last months my endo reached 8.2 :ssss
Thank you for all your comments, have just come back from egg collection, not very good, got only 3 eggs.Transfer friday, please fertilise!! lots love melissaxx
