low hCG high Progesterone

I recently had insimination done 8/28/2009.  I had a blood test 9/11/2009 and my numbers didn't come out the way I was expecting.  My hCG was 27 and my Progesterone was 43.3.  Is this a bad sign?

Not at all! How many dpiui were you when you got your blood test? It does take a little bit to get the hcg flowing in your system, plus, if the baby just implanted it would make complete sense as to why your hcg is at 27. Your progesterone is awesome! I wouldn't worry! :) Are they going to do a repeat beta in 2 days?

I had another blood test this afternoon, I get the results in the morning.  My first blood test was 14 past the IUI.  I am so nervous but am believing for good numbers : )

Good News!  My progesterone numbers aren't back but my beta is 56!!  I am so relieved : )  I have my first ultra sound 09/28/2009.  God is so awesome : )

My doctor called to let me know I am most likely having an abnormal pregnancy and might have another miscarriage.  I had my IUI procedure 08/28 I had my first hCG/Progesterone levels checked day14, day 17, and day19 after the IUI. My results are as follows:
day 14 hCG 27 Prog. 43.3
day 17 hCG 56 Prog. 38
day 19 hcg 90 Prog. 30
What do you think?
