low motility and morphology?

Any advice?  The re's nurse said the following results are "good."  I won't be meeting with my actual RE until a couple of weeks when I have had my last test done.  When I look up the results I can't imagine how they are good.

count was 79million per ml (ok)
vitality 80%
*morphology 14%  (she said this was the min. that they like to see, but articles on the net don't say the same)
*motility 5%

Please tell me what you think?  Are we able to conceive naturally with results like this?
