A Concenration of 45million/ml is a good figure (over 20 million is desirable) and you are looking for either:
More than 50% in categories A & B (forward progression) or
More than 25% category A (rapid
progression alone or forward progression in total.
The other important figure is the morphology or shape (more than 15% normal is the figure you are after)
Either way with a nice high concentration like that, your chances are better than some! (It only takes one... Check with your RE who organised the test for more information....)
