low sperm count

dear doctors, do we have specialist doctors who treat low sperm count. am asking this because my inferlity doctor told me and my husband there is no cure for low sperm count.

I know that there are male fertility doctors. If I am not mistaking there could be a reason for the low sperm count that needs to be looked into. They say that when a couple has a fertility problem that half of it accounts for the man. I know that my boyfriend had an issue with the mobility and the shape of the sperm, he also had a high white blood cell count in the sperm and my fertility doc sent him to a male reproductive specialist. He was put on antibiotics for a month then the sperm was tested again and it seemed to work. I would definitely look into a male reproductive specialist. Good Luck
