male infertility

can some one tell me is there any real hope for Men ,who have only sertoli cells ,of having there own bilogical children ,in the near future ,rather than many years time.and who would be the leading expert in this field.

Not exactly sure what sertoli cells are.. but i know that there is a procedure for men who don't ejaculate any sperm in their semen for them to actually go into the testicle and remove some of the testicular tissue, then they look underneath the microscope and find sperm, and do ICSI with IVF for the female..  not sure if this is the same situation or not, but i do know they have good success rates with the above procedure!   GOOD LUCK!
