marina coil

hi im 35 and had marina coil in for 9 years which was removed 6 months ago, i have  2 older children aged 18 and 15 but am desperate 2 concieve (conceive) again, my periods are regular but my ovulation tests each month are negative, has anybody got any advice for me please x

Ovulation does not take place in an anovulatory cycle. An anovulatory cycle is a menstrual cycle during which the ovaries do not release an oocyte. It can occur in hormonal imbalance, weight loss, anorexia, PCOS or pituitary dysfunction.

It is less likely for Mirena to cause such anovulatory cycles but it is best to get it confirmed from your gynecologist.
