me and my fiance have been trying to conceive for about 5 months now.back in february i was told i was pregnant but every pregnancy test kept showing up negative.so now we have been trying for 5 months now and nothing.im trying to get answers to why i can't conceive.

Did you have a miscarriage? Sometimes it takes healthy couples up to 12 months to concieve (conceive)!

I'm wondering if you've been to a gynecologist to get some help?  Are you able to tell when you ovulate?  Have you tried ov predictor kits to see if that helps?  Are your periods regular?  There are so many questions to consider, but like nickieb85 said it can take up to a year.  If you go to the Dr usually they will help you if you can tell them that you know when you ovulate and nothing's happening.  Stress can play a role as well.  I would see your Dr and see if they can give you some advice.  Hopefully they'll be willing to help.  Sorry I wasn't able to give you some better advice....Take care!
