menopur and follistim

HI all,
This is my second IVF cycle.  First one was with gonal-f and I got 9 eggs 7 fertilized and 3 put back.... First time I used the gonal f also and responded like ****.  This time I am going back to my follistim (5 prior IUI).  But this is the first time I have used the menopur.  Has anyone used it the combo and if so how did it effect your cycle.  I have heard menopur doesn't have any side effects but just didn't know how it effected the eggs and more importantly the outcome.  Also for those who have done this a couple of times how did you deal with fertility treatment after fertility treatment and it not working.  thanks baby dust to all!!!!

I used Gonal-F+menopur.  Folistim and gonal-f and basically the same drug, i.e. FSH.  Menopur is 50% FSH and 50% LH.  I hope you respond better than before.  Everyone responds differently tot the same drug and I hope it's a winning combo for you.
I had no side effects on menopur but the injection stings a little.
