misscaried now stopped ovulating!

My husband and I been trying for a year to fall pregnant and I misscarried in September but ever since then I have stopped ovulating. I now have this funny smell and its not thrush, I have been treated for misscariage! Does anyone know how to start ovulating again? Is there something I can take? Im not on medical aid and am very irritated that as soon as I fell pregnant I lost it and now have stopped ovulating, like what worse could possibly happen to someone trying to fall pregnant, Im really mad and helpless. Pls help me with anything you know. Thank you.

Hi miss_moo! I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage! I've had two myself and know how emotionally draining it is to go through something like that. My last miscarriage was in September also :-(  

You said you were treated for the miscarriage, does that mean you had a D&C, or was it a spontaneous miscarriage? And if it was spontaneous, did your doctor make sure your HCG levels went back down below 5? The only reason I'm asking is because you won't start ovulating again until your levels are back down to normal, and since you said you've noticed a funny smell also, it could possibly indicate that there is still tissue remaining. When there's tissue remaining, your HCG levels will stay somewhat elevated. It might not have anything to do with that...but I figured I'd at least mention it.
