It sounds as though all is going well. i am excited for u.  I hope all continues to go well for u and your wife.  U can look at buying a monitor if u really want to follow the baby closer. some people find this helpful and others freak out if they cant find the babies heartbeat. the move a lot and are so tiny so it is normal  to not find it all the time. also note that not all of them work this early.  GL

If she's not bleeding or spotting, then all should be fine. Cramping/pain can mostly be caused by everything growing and stretching in her uterus. Try not to worry, I'm sure all will be fine. As for what you can expect, just about the same as the last one.

Discharge is completely normal in pregnancy. Most women have white creamy/runny discharge all the way through their pregnancy. If the discharge turns thick and lumpy or yellow/green or causes itching then it could be a yeast or bacterial infection - which is also common in pregnancy but would need treated.

I'm not sure how much help I could be on this since I'm not a vegetarian. Just make that when she's hungry she's eating healthy food and not excessively on one kind. She needs a varied, healthy diet - so when she's hungry, she can eat as long as it's the right foods. If you're not sure it would be best to consult the doctor.

Congrats, that's great news. There really isn't any other advice etc I can offer you or your wife other than to relax, keep hydrated and make sure she's taking her pre natal vitamins. Obviously - like every pregnancy there is always the risk of miscarriage, but this drops slightly as the weeks go on and drops a lot more once a heartbeat has been detected. So things are going well.

Just be sure that if she is having any pains or bleeding to consult a doctor. Some times it's nothing but it's always best seeing a doctor just to be double sure.

As I said, hCG levels should double OR MORE, so her numbers are perfectly fine. There is always going to be worry of miscarriage, but there;s not much anyone can do about that. All you can do is hope and pray that all will fine. So far - all looks well. Try to stop stressing about it so much, that definitely doesn't help anyone.

hCG is a hormone released in pregnancy. These levels are monitored to indicate if a pregnancy is progressing and viable. In early pregnancy hCG levels should double or more every 48 hours or so. Those numbers sound normal to me. As long as they are rising and they scan shows all is well growth with the baby then everything should be fine.
