need help utrasound says im 4 wks 6 ds but docto thinks im futher they think i miscarried HELP ME PLEASE

Well here it is. I hav had iregular periods all my life. I was regular for 3months till may got it on the 29th 2days late frm pryor months lasted for 3days.  Then didn't hav one in june. I went to the hostipal on june 18th cus of my syst on my overys found out I was pregant they did a ultrasound and said tha I was bout 4 or 5 wks. Went to the doctor on monday they think cus my period that I'm 8 or 9 wks. But I told them that its nt rite I'm nt that far.... Had an utrasound today and doctor said she sees the sack n yolk but that I'm mesuring @ 4 wks n 6days. N that either I had a miscarriage or I'm nt as far as they thought but she actd as if she was pretty sur that I had a miscarrage (miscarriage).also she told me to empty my blatter b4 the ultrasound. Dnt member that in prevouis pregancys   I don't belive I have had a miscarrage (miscarriage) I'm nt havin ne stomach pains no dischage no bleedin nothin.  I have one of the pic frm the ultrasound and I c the fetus. N I have shown friends n they c what I c....  Nw I hav one through summin similar wit my 1st daughter they said I was further n thought the she was dead IENd UP BEING 6WKS N 3dAYS SHE 4 NOW...I also have a 3yro didn't catch that pregancy till I was 9 weeks so this is early 4. Me and I'm worrid out my mind  Now my problem is.  Has ne one gone through this n did u hav a healthy  baby?   Also is this normal?  And is it normal that they ask u to empty ur blatter b4 an ultrasound this early?  Cus I thought it better with a full blatter?  PLEASE HELP ME I'm VERY WORRIEd.  SORRY THIS IS SO LONG...PLEASE PLEASE HELP

k, I know your stressed, but you really shouldn't be!  You just might not be that far along!!!
You will need to get another vaginal US done 1 week from today to see how baby looks!
Because your periods are all over the place, it would be really hard to figure out how far along you really are!  Try not to worry too much I know it's hard, but the stress is not good for your body at all!
& yes, for a vaginal US your bladder needs to be empty to get a good look inside.  For an abdominal one is when you need to have a full bladder!

No they didn'tell me.  She took betas yesterday n I find out my ip results n the levels on tuesday.They  will take betas again to c if its doubling.   Tha jus seems lik its light years away.   N the ultrasound she did was vaginal.
