My last period all I did was spotting and this whole month very nauseating and at one point I could not sleep I was in tears and there's wait gain in the belly

I'm going through the same symptoms , I got my period yesterday and I'm spotting today ??? Plus I'm a week late ? And also my tummy is insanely cramping yet I'm not pregnant ? Any suggestions or advice ?

Pee test negative and doc says nnausea is not a pregnancy syptom

Go to a planned parenthood for free testing or get a test for home use and see what it says then go see your dr.
