nipple discharge: normal for early pregnancy?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. Yesterday I discovered I have milky white and clear yellow discharge from my nipples, I am 3 days overdue for my period, and the classic symptoms I usually have, haven't come. I've also taken pregnancy tests, that have shown negative. What do I do?

wait for another 48 hours and then take another HPT , because hsg level is doubling every 48 hours , i think it is a big possibility that u are pragnant , sending u alot of baby dust :)

Since 2012 ttc I have never experienced nipple discharge, I just felt one today from both breast. I hope it's for good. 12days to go, to confirm.

This brings tears to my eyes!!  Oh and congrats!  I am TTC with my husband.  I am currently 1 day overdue for my 5 week schedule.  No period systems but noticed the same discharge you had!  I really hope I am.  I am waiting to take a test.

I would definitely get in with the Dr and ask for a blood test to ease your mind. I hadn't ever had it before and I am 33, until I was ttc and was really hopeful that's what it was. In my case it wasn't. I do hope it is a good sign for you. Let us know what the Dr says.

I've never had any kind of discharge come from my nipples before. And I'm not getting any signs that I should have my period yet. Usually, I can count, to the day, when I start having signs, it's exactly 2 weeks to my period. It's kind of disconcerting. Any other time I've thought I was pregnant, I've taken a test, I've had my period the day after. Every time I try calling the doctor, they don't answer. GRR.

I had this happen while ttc too and so I looked it up online. I found that it can happen throuhout your life with changes in hormones and didn't mean pregnancy necessarily. It can happen in pregnancy too, I haven't had it in any of mine though.Good luck to you.
