HI,
Delay may happen in getting periods after removal of implanon. This is because of residual effect of hormones. But to be on safe side it is better to rule out a pregnancy by taking a home pregnancy test. If the test is negative, then progestins may help in getting the periods back. Consult your Doctor.
Hope this helps.
