not sure what's going on, what do you think?

For the last 3 cycles, my body has been kind of messed up.  During the first cycle, 4-5 days after O I began spotting and it hung around until af arrived.  Second cycle, day after O I began spotting so I put myself on my left-over progesterone supp. (from my last IVF that was cancelled in Sept) and it lightened the spotting but still had some up until the day of af.  Now this cycle I O'd on New Years Eve or New Year's Day (bd'd on New Years Eve) , and spotting began on New Years Day and has been consistantly here until yesterday.  Yesterday I had almost no spotting, and a lot of cramping, pinching and pulling in my lower abs (uterin area).  Do I dare hope that maybe the spotting was from low prog?  That maybe due to implantation I am having those sensations and that's why the spotting has stopped?  Please let me know what you think! We were supposed to start IVF again next month, and what a miracle it would be to get pg on our own......
