one ovary+ clomid= possibly twins?

Just wondering if it's possible to be pregnant with twins using clomid with only one ovary. Anybody that can relate, please share your stories. I had a clomid baby already and we're thinking about trying again with clomid.

It's possible. It all depends on how many follicles develop and release from your "good" side. Generally, though, clomid does not increases your chance of multiples by much. Best of luck to you!

I have a friend who had twins over the summer & she had one ovary & one tube.  Yes, she did IVF but it took 4 times.  She says it was totally worth it.......I don't blame her.

I too have one little ovary ;)   Im doing my 3rd round (did two last Summer) of gonal-f. This time I'm on 225iu & had 6 follies that they could see on my CD3 US, went in today for an US (3days of stimm) & I have 4 nice follies growing plump ;) 15x13 14x14 14x2 & 13x2. Haven't heard back yet on my E2, even though none may take, at least it looks like 4 will ovulate ;) & that ups my chances of twinners ;o)

so like the other ladies said, yes it's possible, but if you did injectable's you would have a bigger chance.
