one tube

hello i am a newly married woman i have 4 children and never ever had a problem with getting preg until i ha an ectopic preg andon of my tubes had to be removed now my new husband has n children and only dreams of having one with me.. Did i mention that it would be my first time having a child in wedlock s i am looking foward to have  great husband by my side.. But what do i do where do i began i don't even kno the first thing aboutl ooking for a fert doc ..Will my inscover much orwha ihave hip trough the nypd im ovulating right now  i  took the first choice ovulating test and two lines appeared humm how long have i been ovlating for? what is the best thing to do?

Hi,

you only need one tube to get pregnant.  Most women ovulate from both sides.  Your best chance is when you ovulate the same side as your good tube.  Don't use protection and go for it.

I only have one good tube.  I used clomid and IUI for three cycles, unsuccessful and then femara for this cycle which was successful.  But my hubby has some issues, which is why we used IUI.
