ovarian cyst rupture question

Can your follipian tube be dialated with an ovanian cyst rupture? Here's the reason why I'm asking, i had a HSG done in October and according to my dr. it was normal. Last month I had 2 ruptured cysts that were located on each of my ovaries. I had internal bleeding on both sides, but the right was worst. I just just got the medical records from the hospital and it said that the follipian tube on the right side was a little dialated. I'm also wondering could this be impossible to pick up on the HSG due to being a small amount?
