ovary pain 6 DPO..is this a good sign???

Hi! Does anyone have any feedback??? I had an IUI on Sunday. I'm now having pain in my ovary. I remember my RE mentioning at my last iui's something patients will have pain because (if they're pregnant), the ovary receives sends out more hormones to support the pregnancy and such. Or, do I just have cysts (left over follicles). Has anyone ever heard this??

It could go both ways, I am having ovaries pain right now and little spotting so I am hoping for the best too. But it could also means that your ovaries are swollen from the stimulation... I used to have the same pain after IUI and IVF.

Good Luck ;-)

I had an IUI and didnt have any pain and wasnt pregnant. I dont know if that could mean anything. I have a bestfriend that when she first got preganant she had cramps in the middle and the doc said it was from the urterus expanding for the baby. I hope everything works out.    GOOD LUCK!!!!
