ovulation question

I just had a question I had my second d&c on friday 07/20,11 days ago. My hcg levels were 48,000 I was around 7-8 weeks.no fetus was ever seen only the sac was that far along. My question is i am having my levels checked to see if they are back to 0 yet,if they are back to 0 will i have af in about two weeks or can it still take up to 6 weeks or longer if the number is back to 0. My last d&c my levels were 2 at 2 weeks past the d&c and af showed 2 weeks after that.

It's my understanding that you will ovulate before you see AF again. Well, I m/c 7-19 naturally and it took only 7 days to get back to 2. I'm sorry for your loss & if you want to try soon, monitor your cm & opk's :) and good luck!
