ovulation question

According to dates, I was supposed to O yesterday, Wednesday.  I began getting ewcm Monday and it continued through yesterday.  Today, Thursday, lower right sided ovarian pain began, so I am thinking maybe it was today?  ewcm is back, but more confusing is mid-cycle bleeding, which I rarely ever get.  This is more than spotting, it is red streaking blood mixed with ewcm.  Everything I read says it should not be red or more than spotting, and while this is not flow, it is more than spotting.  Normal?  At first I thought I had O'd on Monday (early) due to early ewcm.  We did b'd Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, just in case (although we are not thinking there will be success, we are just going with the flow and b'd ing as we wish).  So ovulation bleeding? or something else?

I would have thought it was ovulation bleeding?  Did you use an ovulation predictor kit?  Sometimes your hormones can cause more ewcm to show up again.  I wish I had some more info or advice for you!  I know how frustrating it can be to find out what's going on...I'll be thinking of you and please keep posting to keep us up to date!

You are Oing today! Get your DH and BD tonight and tomorrow. That kind of bleeding is normal and I get it every month. RE says it is a good sign! Don't worry and get to that baby making.:)

I did not use opk because we are using a whatever happens, happens, approach.  I have had occasional ovulation bleeding before (rarely) but never that much.  All is over now, so I suppose that's what it was! Timing was good, so we'll just have to wait and see!
