. I would say it's an indicator that something isn't right inside, but that may or may not impact your fertility. Plus, I'm not sure if you're doing any treatments, but stimulating your ovaries can certainly cause pain too. Some things like endometriosis and uterine
, but they may or may not impact your fertility. Especially after treatment (removal). For instance, I have PCOS and tried for 7 months on clomid with no success. I had a laparoscopy in December and found out I have endometriosis as well. My very first attempt after having the endometrial tissue removed, I got a BFP - my first ever. It didn't stick, but it was certainly progress and I believe it's because the endo is gone. If you are having pain, I would definitely discuss it with your doctor as to what could be causing it.
I used to have pain every time w intercourse. Sometimes so bad I had to stop... in the middle of things. Many other times it would make me really nauseated to the point I had to stop and either really get sick or dry heave for the next 1/2. Finally got someone to listen and they scheduled me for a lap. In my, case I had severe endometriosis and a cyst where they removed 1/2 of my right ovary. I'm not saying you have the same thing, but it's a good idea to get it checked out. The sooner the better. It doesn't usually happen now, but from time to time I still get the pain but it's more due to fertility meds.
In my case I get dry down there during ovulation due to clomid. Because of that It caused pain during intercourse. I used sperm friendly lubricant to ease the pain during those times. I also notice one time it was painful after O because it felt like my cervix is really low and swollen that's why it hurts because it's being touched by the..... during intercourse. It could be different for you though. You know how tricky ttc is. LOL it drives me nuts sometimes
For the past few years I've been getting a stabbing pain during intercourse. It's not a constant pain but with some thrusting it would give me a shooting pain. Very rarely this would lead to a bit of cramping. I wasn't able to narrow it down to O or anything so after a lot of nagging by my dh I went to the gynae who sent me for a US and a lap last month. She said she couldn't find anything except slight scarring on my left tube from an ectopic preg I had when I was 21. This was milked out rather than my tube being removed so that could be what causes the pain. Full results next week so if it reveals anything I'll let you know!
You are better off to get checked out though - I put it off because I was scared that it might be something serious but I'm really glad I went now.
Nothing will be serious dont worry wannababe.good luck thanks for ans.
