parlodel, levoxyl, iui, negative pregnancy test, charting high temps!

i have been prescribed parlodel 2.5mg. i have not started yet as i have concerns about side effects: stroke, heart attack.

i am 43 years old. no previous pregnancies.

my bp is typically 90-70, cholesterol and weight are normal, non-smoker, vegetarian.

i have occasional migraines.

my tsh (hypothyroid) is now 2.6 down from 5.7 on 5 weeks levoxyl 50mcg. prolactin is steady at 50.

mri without contrast (possible allergy to dye) showed no large pituitary tumors, however, docs have evidence of microtumors based on historical prolactin levels.

basal temps are up and have stayed up for 13 days. not typical for me. pregnancy test negative at day 12. usually luteal phase is around 9 days.

questions:
1. is the levoxyl shifting my temps? typical follicular phase is around 98.3, range 98.1-98.5.
2. with periodic migraines, what are my risk factors for parlodel. i am hyper-sentive to most medications - aspirin, sulfa drugs, antibiotics, etc.
3. how safe is parlodel for pregnancy? i plan on another test over the next day or two if my temps don't go down. my doc suggested one month parlodel and iui in two weeks for this cycle.
