i just got dx with pcos back in nov. 06...my periods have always been regular i have never missed one...but i had other side effects like...unwanted hair on my face...overweight mostly all my life..and now i just discovered i dont ovulate regularly..ive been ttc since sept 06 thas when i got married its almost going to be 1 yr and i am on my third round of clomid 100mg this month and im also taking 2000mg a day of metformin..things seems to be going a lot better than before...and just this morning i got a trigger shot to induce ovulation..we will bding tomorrow and the next day and hopefully hoping for a BFP before our 1 yr anniversary...dont give up even if you have pcos..it dosent mean that you wont ever get preg. you just need a little help and a lot of patiente!! GOOD LUCK!! keep us posted

I don't know what your chances are of becomming pregnant, but I just recently found out that I had PCOS and my ob send me to a reproductive endocronologist.  He had put me on provera to bring on AF and metformin 1500 to help with PCOS symptoms.  For this first round he has put me on 50 mg of clomid from days 3-7 and on tuesday I will go for a shot of ovidrel to help push ovulation along. We are just waiting to see what is going to happen  If you want to get pregnant I would suggest talking to your OB.  Good luck!  Keep us updated.
