pcos

Hi i am 23 yrs old and was diagnoised with pcos i am underweight if anything and have no other symptons apart from very irregular peroids i have been trying for a baby for two yrs now i first have to take provera to start a peroid and then i tried clomid which did nothing my peroids did start to come back for a couple of months though after doing two months of provera i then had 3 months on my own  about 4 to 6 wks apart until i developed a cyst this was discovered when i moved on to stimulating injections which ive tried three times  the first one was ok i had one mature follicle on one ovary nothing on the other one due to the cyst i then had then injection to ovulate but still didnt become pregnant my second go was great i responded very quickly to the drug 6 days and had about 4/5 follicles between both ovaries this time has the cyst had gone  i had the ovulation injection but then started a peroid only 10 days later the third go was abandoned after just 4 days on the drug due to another cyst. i have now been told to go for ivf i asked him about ovarian drilling and he said because he had made me ovulate but didnt become pregnant there mite be another problem but said its up to me as .so im asking as because i dont no whether to try the ovarian drilling because that at least mite help my periods become regular again and i not convinced just because i didnt get pregnant the two times i had timed sex with the injections that ther is something else wrong.or do i go straight to ivf. please help .

hard question.........it all depends, follow your gut feeling...age is own your side, maybe give it a few more months/year...maybe a second opinion as to try to find, if there is something other than PCOS.....some thoughts that I think you should consider. I wish you the best on what ever you decide.....and please don't rush your decision.
