please help: am i pregnant?

back in july, i had my period from thurs-mon.  monday night before i had sex, it stopped.  it always stops for a day.  i had unprotected, he didn't *** in me, but i'm scared of the precum factor.  as soon as i got home, my period started again, through the night, and into the afternoon (lightly, it's pretty normal).  would this make me pregnant?  i'm due for my period any day now (from thursday on).  i've been stressing for a month, please help put me at ease.

I don't know why your period is starting and stopping but there is definitely a chance you can get pregnant from pre-***.  The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a test.  You can get a cheapie one from the $tree or Walmart.  I know you don't  want to hear this, but if you don't want to get pregnant, please don't rely on the withdrawal method.  I had my first son using the withdrawal method.  

Also, what you think is your period may not be your period.  You should see your doctor because it could be spotting from an infection, pregnancy or some other cause.

Mine always stopped for a day also.. I didn't know others did that too.. There is always a chance that you could have gotten pg.. but if you were still on your period, I would guess it was too early in your cycle to become pregnant.. if your cycles are usually around 28 days.. and if it was prior to cd 7, I'd say the chances are really low that you could be pg...

mine also stops for a day arent we just a weird bunch:)
