postive OVK 3 days in a row??

I am on clomid, and having problems with the ovk, I got a positve on cd 12, and on cd16, 17, and 18 so far. I heard that it should only show a positive one, maybe two days in a row. What is going on? Does anyone else have this problem? Is it the clomid giving me false postives? I take the ovk in the evening like suggested, how am I supposed to know when I ovulate?

Are you sure the opks are really positive? Some brands look pos when they are not. I usually verify mine with a digi to be 100% sure. I have some pics in my profile of opks that really look pos and the digi said neg.  If you are sure they are pos, you may have a cyst. Clomid is infamous for causing them. They can make an opk be pos until they dissolve or rupture.

thanks for the info, I had no idea cysts could cause an ovk to test postive, I have had some unexplained pain around my lower abdomen latley. I'm pretty sure they were pos. the lines were the same, I had a hard time seeing your pictures, but I will try digital ones next time, If there is a next time!! Lets hope not! So I guess I don't know for sure if I ovulated or not.....this *****! I guess I'll just have to keep bding for the next couple days to make sure.
