pregnancy after hsg with clear tubes

i had an hsg and laparoscopy done 2 weeks ago, for me it was not really painful as it was done under anasthetic, had the normal dizziness and sore throat. The results of the test were all clear, nothing wrong. My husband also did his test which showed everything was normal. I wanted to know if anyone had gone through the test and was told everything was normal and go pregnant. I am turning 34 tomorrow actually.  Well  I am due for a period in the next two week meaning i am currently ovulating, but i have this pain that comes and goes under my diaphragm on the left side and also on the right. I normally have cramps during ovulation but this time its a bit different. Has anyone fallen pregnant after a clear hsg and laparoscopy.

Though i didnt get pregnant after my HSG; did hear some cases so far. may be not immediate month but within 3 months or so. anyway; good luck to you dear.

The pain does look like pain in the ovaries. it does not sound like any early pregnancy symptom though :(

Thanks for your response, went to the doctor apparently I had a urinary infection which would have been caused by the hsg and laparoscopy, when i had the surgery the doctore had told me that there is a likelywood of getting the infection so I am taking antibiotics for it.
