pregnancy and uveitis

I am a 31 year old woman with posterior uveitis complicated by cystoid macular edema in the right eye. I have been on treatment with ocular fluorometholone and ocular timolol for a year. I am planning to conceive. My doubts are
1) Are the eye medications I am on harmful for the fetus? Do I have to discontinue the treatment before I get pregnant?
2) Will pregnancy exacerbate the uveitis?

Any kind of medication is not great during pregnancy however some are safer than others.  Look up which class the medication is in.  Each class rates the med and its safety for pregnancy.  I had uveitis and fortunately it resolved long before I got pregnant.  I have had no problems with it at all since I am pg. (23 weeks)Good luck.
