pregnancy at 42 with high fsh

I am on my 2nd round of clomid.My fsh is 15, I am 41 years old. all the rest looks good, My progesterone level is 14.5 , sos doctor says I am ovulating good. Today i went to my ER for my 2nd round of clomid, and ultrasound, I can see 3 follicules.Can I still get pregnant on my own??

With an FSH of 15 I would be aggressive.  I have the very same FSH and I just finished my first cycle with injectables.  Clomid worked really well for me.  I produced a lot of follies, though didn't get pg....yet.   It sounds like your doing the right thing.  Try Clomid for a few cycles.  Are you doing IUI?  I would recommend it.  If you're not pg within 3, 4 cycles move on to injectables.  Good luck!
