primulot(progestin) and pregnant!?!

I was put on Progestin to induce bleeding in order to begin ovulation induction. We did 2 pregnancy tests and all were negative. I started the 10 day prescription and then the menses started as expected.

Then an ultrasound showed a pregnancy! I am still bleeding but the dr said lets wait to see what happens....Help - will I lose it and are there side effects???
