High progesterone is great! Sometimes it can indicate a pregnancy but probably not very reliable. Where you on meds? Are you taking progesterone supplements? Either way, a progesterone level of 65 is good :)
MD Greaves - Normal is relative. I think "normal" during pregnancy is around 15-35 (give or take, depending on your body). From my understanding - it is ok to be "above normal" (such as 65!), you just don't want to be BELOW normal! Good luck girls!
My CD 21 Progesterone level this month was 149. It used to be around 30-40 only. So it gave me a big hope, as we've been TTC for 4 years now. BUT, unfortunately, hight progesterone level doesn't mean anything. I am still not pregnant yet:(((
