I am on clomid 50 mg and I am diagnosed with PCOS.
1 st cycle progesterone level was 28
2 nd cycle it was 24 and
3 rd cycle it was 12 and I am pregnant in this 3 rd cycle.
First Cycle with clomid 50 mg. CD 21 it was 10.99
Second Cycle with Clomid 100mg CD 21 it was 12.02
Third Cycle with clomid 150 mg CD 21 it was 21.21 got my BFP this cycle

I found this -- you're was good. I don't think metformin is classified as "medicated cycle".

A progesterone test is done to confirm ovulation. When a follicle releases its egg, it becomes what is called a corpus luteum and produces progesterone. A level over 5 probably indicates some form of ovulation, but most doctors want to see a level over 10 on a natural cycle, and a level over 15 on a medicated cycle. There is no mid-luteal level that predicts pregnancy. Some say the test may be more accurate if done first thing in the morning after fasting.
W/out Clomid I was 12. On Clomid I was 24.
I think that number is pretty normal. My day 21 progesterone levels were between 50-125 when I was on Clomid, but it isn't an indicator of pregnancy at all.
