My doc told me yesterday that it was a sign of ovulation and that is was a good number.  And said every month you can have different numbers.  That may be why I lost my 1st baby b/c the 1st doc I went to never took any blood work. What do you do to increase progesterone with out RX? I went out yesterday and bought Evening Primose and Super B complex. I did ask the doc what can I do to help get more fertile mucus and they said cough syrup. Any ideas, suggestions?  My temp dropped this am by .4 looks like AF may be on her way.

I as told anything under 10 in not good for an unmedicated cycle.  A medicated cycle they like it over 15.  An 8 means you ovulated just not that good, if that makes sense.(how my ob explained it to me)  You may need medications to get you to ovulate better. (clomid, femara) And possible progesterone supplementation after you ovulate. Good luck.
