hi there,
i also had a mild case of elevated prolactin levels at 42 ng and no physical signs.
my cycles were super long ranging 42-45 days.  my doctor prescribed bromocriptine to bring down the prolactin to normal levels.  I still take the pill once a day until I achieve a pregnancy.  This helps regulate your cycles, so they are not so irregular.  From what I was told, this was the reason why I could not conceive.  So you may want to see your doctor about getting it treated.
goodluck to you and hope this info helps:)
