It really depends on how severe your PCOS is. I too was dx'd with PCOS last April and had corrective surgery. I didn't ask a lot of questions that I should have, but the surgery did help, as I have had AF every month on my own as opposed to every 2-3 months or so. Some PCOS'ers are insulin
resistant, some are not - if you are heavier (like I am) weight loss and diet change could play big factors. Some of us still O on our own, and some of us don't. I would talk to your doctor to see if they are able to suggest any natural herbs or something that could help.
