releasing 2 follicles

What are the chances for twins, since my ultrasound showed I released 2 follicles during my ovulation.  What do you think, and how soon would I know? Thanks

Depends on if those follicles had eggs in them... then the eggs have to fertilize... and have to 'stick'... You would know for sure by the first ultrasound (6-7 weeks pregnant)...

does it happen a lot when follicles dont have egg in them? like of out 4 mature follies do you think at least 1 should have an egg? and how come sometimes there no egg? im confused

wow, i had no idea that the follicles would have a chance of NO EGGS!  
starting my second round of chlomid, the first try no luck, even w/ releasing
2 follicles or eggs or whatever.  it's so confusing........so how many mature follicles do
you want to pass during ovulation?  Thank you.
