retroverted uterus

i want to know whether retoverted uterus is by birth or the uterus can change its position afterwards also. coz i got pregnant and had cesarean but throughout my pregnancy my doctor didnt told me that my uterus is retroverted. it was after 2 yrs of my cesrean that i had ultrasound and the doctor said that my uterus is retroverted. so what caused it? also can it be cured by homeopathic medicine?

I have a retroverted uterus but I didn't find out until I was already pregnant the first time and unfortunately, that was the first time I ever saw an OB/GYN.  I was pregnant twice so of course I didn't have any problems getting pregnant for the second, only 2 cycles after I stopped BC pills.  I still don't know if I was born that way or if the first pregnancy caused it.  It's no big deal for me, but it does cause more back pain during menstruation.  But I do know that it can get worse as mine has, it's leaning more than it ever was now.  I don't know of any homeopathic cures but I believe you could have corrective surgery but it's usually not as big of a deal as people think.  It's VERY common and isn't a major cause of infertility problems as it was once believed to have been.

Hi guys ,I have a retroverted uterus before my dermoid cyst surgery ,and later on i didint heard from my OB ,anything ,and i thinks theres no big deal at all ,But since then my left ovary has been removed ,due to this open surgery I dont know what should i do because i still dont get pregnant ,been to a Ob and been check many times and still i dont get pregnant ,been taking clomid ,and i stop last july 2007 ...and taking a break and observe and see if i get pregnant while am taking a break ,...Im so sad now ,but i am patiently wait the best result and luck one of this day ,I hope that before year end 2007 ,i get preggo ..How about you guys ...
