robitussin to help concieve(conceive)

my dr said I might have hostile cervical fluid, basically meaning my fluid is killing my husband sperm!  I read that taking robitussin helps to thin the mucous as it would with a cold.  Was just wondering if any one has actually had any success with this? ttc for almost 3 years

I haven't had success with robitussin, but I have heard it helps to thin and therefore 'increase' CM. But something a lot of women use and I have also is : PRE-SEED. Do a google search, you can buy it online. It is really awesome and lots of good results. It even feeds the sperm with a little glucose so once they get inside, they get a power boost :) But it's specifically for CM problems.

I haven’t heard of Robitussin to help conceive, I've heard of Mucinex though, but I personally never tried it. I did actually try pre-seed which is found at babyhopes.com it is suppose to be the only lubricant safe for sperm, it also helps the sperm get to the right place. I ended up trying pre-seed after 6 1/2 months of TTC (Trying To Conceive) and not getting anywhere. I only used pre-seed the night of ovulation and just a half of tube, my husband and I baby danced the night of ovulation and the next morning and I got my BFP (Big Fat Positive)  that month. I am now 24 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. I recommend this product to everyone, just wish that I would have known about it a lot sooner =0) Also when you order it from babyhopes.com they send you a packet of baby dust it's super cute, I actually kept mine under my pillow until I got my BFP!
