seman analysis

Dear Sir, i have done seman analysis 7months back and the result was Volume - 2ml
Liquefication Time - 30 minutes
Concentration - 60 million per ml
Motitilty - 60% ,Morphology - 50% normal  & 50% abnormal.

Again i done the same last week & the result is Volume - 2.5ml
Liquefication Time - 30 minutes
Concentration - 18 million per ml
Motitilty - 75% ,Morphology - 80% normal.  can you please tell me the recent result is good enough to get me a baby? also kindly let me know why the count reduced?

This isn't the Dr forum, but from what i do know about semen analysis, it looks great! it also depends if it was a WHO scale or a kruger (strict) scale of criteria...but either way it looks good (from what i know) things that can affect count are smoking, hot tubs/heated seats etc.. also if you did not abstain for more than 2 days before the second test, that can affect the count as well! good luck!

The sperm count did go down on the second test but everything else seemed to have risen. The motility and morphology look great for the second test. I got pregnant with a count of 18 million per Ml. In my opinion I would choose test number 2 any day of the week for results!
