semen analysis
Now i am with my wife last month i checked my semen analysis, that report shows 51 million. but last month my wife didn't pregnant. but before 1 week i checked, that shows 18 million. why this much difference?
last report shows:
motility is 65%
immotile 35%
rapidly progressive 5%
slow progressive 15%
non progressive 45%
if 30 days period means, which day is ovulation day? on that days how many times take relations per day?

The sperm count can vary a bit depending on the day, your health and how long it's been since you last had intercourse, but both 18 and 51 million are good numbers (normal is usually about 20 million or more...but 18 is very close). As for ovulation, it generally happens about 14 days before her next expected period, but it can vary by a few days, so I would use 12-16 days as a guide. In a 30 day cycle, this means, she will probably ovulate sometime between cycle day 14 and 18. Once a day should be fine...and remember, it's always better to have intercourse right before ovulation than right after, so it might be a good idea to start trying on day 13. Best of luck!
