semen report
before 1 year i have sperm count 3million/ml. then i took some tablets. last month i checked my semen test, that report shows 51million/ml. but my wife still now no pregnancy. after that i checked before 2 days, that report shows only 18million/ml. now what can i do? is this possible for pregnancy or not?

What about the motilify of the sperm and morphology? a healthy couple takes a year to get pregnant, so your wife could turn pregnant anytime unexpected, keep waiting, also, hope your wife does not have any complications from her side.
