septum uterus

I was just wanting to know how many ladies have been diagnosed with a septum uterus and either concieve (conceive) naturally, or had surgery and went on to have babies.  If you had surgery, how did it go, and what should I expect?  I am having surgery in January, and just wanted to get some insight.

I did, and had a baby, and then had the septum removed.  It was by ultrasound-guided D&C and went about the same as any other D&C, in other words, not a big deal.  You won't have any trouble with the surgery.  Good luck!
